If you are not fully vaccinated: People who have not completed a full course of vaccination, or do not have a medical exemption, will not be permitted on the Wild North premises, nor to take part in the event. Do not travel to the event if this is the case.
COVID Test
To make our event as safe as possible, we are also requiring all attendees to take a COVID Test (lateral flow or PCR). We recommend testing the day before you travel, in order to avoid disappointment.
You can take your test either on the day you arrive, or the day before. For example, if you are arriving on 23 September, you will need to take your test on 22 or 23 September.
Report your test result to your government or health service. For example, lateral flow tests are reported on the UK Government website. PCR tests can be reported on the NHS App.
At registration, you must show official confirmation of a negative test result. For example, you can use the NHS app (or equivalent), or show a confirmation message from the UK Government reporting service.
We cannot accept photographs of test strips - these are not proof you have tested negative that day or the day before.
You must take your test before travelling to the event. We will not be offering tests on-site.
If you forget, you can collect a COVID test at a pharmacy. The nearest pharmacy is:
Boots plc, Westgate, Haltwhistle, NE49 9AF
Complete your test and report the result before travelling to the event.
If you test positive - do not travel to the event. Self-isolate, and follow government and health service rules. Please also contact us as soon as possible.
If you have a positive PCR test, in the 90 days before you arrive - Please contact the Organisers.
Face coverings
We will inform you in good time when and where face coverings will be required. We will be informed by UK Government guidance on face coverings at the time of the event.
Government guidance
We will follow all UK Government guidance at the time of the event.
